Individual Counseling
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin responding to life with more flexibility, confidence, and self-trust. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly process your experiences, struggles, fears, and patterns while working collaboratively toward meaningful change.
I specialize in working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method to healing. I provide affirming, inclusive care and welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship experiences.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, learning how to make space for uncertainty, discomfort, and vulnerability instead of becoming trapped in cycles of avoidance, overthinking, or self-doubt. Through greater self-awareness and psychological flexibility, clients can begin living more fully in alignment with their values rather than fear.
For individuals struggling with OCD, I provide evidence-based treatment including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT). ERP helps clients gradually break free from obsessive fears and compulsive behaviors by learning that anxiety and uncertainty can be tolerated without relying on compulsions. I-CBT offers an alternative approach that focuses on disentangling from the obsessive doubt process itself without relying primarily on exposures.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I also recognize how past experiences can shape emotional patterns, relationships, self-perception, and the nervous system. Together, we work to better understand these patterns while building practical tools for healing, resilience, and long-term growth.
Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a 50-minute session.
